Volunteer Cornwall has launched a dedicated email address for their Coronavirus Response Team.

VC is busy sifting through hundreds of emails offering help. However, they already have hundreds signed up and prepared for action; from the Isles of Scilly to Bude!

Already they are taking referrals and getting people out on the ground, helping Cornwall residents feel less isolated!

Some examples of what they have done so far includes shifting a sofa to get a patient home and resettled in a specialised bed, collecting groceries and prescriptions and walking dogs. They have even helped get someone to their wife's funeral.

However, they don't want to miss any requests for help, so they have a new dedicated email address for those needing assistance. This is only for the Coronavirus response they are coordinating at Volunteer Cornwall.

If you are in isolation and are struggling to cope, get in touch and they will see how they can help.

They expect to be very busy with request and apologise in advance if they take some time to get back to you.

Their new email address is
