Penzance Council employs a range of staff including the Town Clerk, the Leisure and Amenities Team, including gardeners, and the Support Services team who look after finance, administration, and communications activities and the team at The Penlee House Museum & Gallery.
Together the team, led by the Town Clerk, are responsible for implementing the decisions made by Council to support and enhance the community by delivering our strategic aims.
The team is based in the Penlee Centre in the grounds of the beautiful Penlee Park.

Penzance Council currently has an opportunity for a Full-Time Facilities Officer to join the Leisure and Amenities Team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and have a wide and varied number of skills in the areas of buildings / facilities maintenance, contracts management, project management and problem solving.
